This Privacy Policy explains how Community Hub ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is divided into two main sections with different data collection practices:

• The Learning Zone: This section is completely open and public. We do not collect any personal identifiable information, require account creation, or track individual users when they access the educational materials in this section.
• The Student Corner: To access quizzes and submit grades, students are required to enter their Full Name and a teacher-provided Access Code. This information is collected solely for the purpose of identifying the student for academic grading and progress tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

The Full Name and Access Code collected in the Student Corner are used strictly for legitimate educational purposes:

• To record quiz scores.
• To allow the educator to identify submissions and assign grades.

We do not use this information for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase as its cloud database to store educational materials and student quiz results. Firebase is a secure, industry-standard cloud service. Firebase may collect basic, anonymized crash reports and app usage analytics to help us maintain the App's stability.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect the confidentiality of student records. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Quiz data is strictly visible only to the educator managing the specific Student Corner via their secure Access Code.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, users (and their parents/guardians) have the right to:

• Be informed about how their data is processed.
• Access the data we hold about them.
• Object to processing, or request the correction, blocking, or erasure of their data from our systems.

6. Children's Privacy and Minor Students

This App is an educational tool intended for classroom use. Any data collected from minor students is done solely for the educational context of the school. It is the responsibility of the utilizing school, teacher, or educational institution to ensure that appropriate parental consent has been gathered in accordance with Department of Education (DepEd) guidelines and local privacy laws prior to using the Student Corner.
